Practice Leader:
Marcus Pillion

Marcus brings 27 years of industrial market experience to his role as leader of Edgewater’s Engineered Components and Systems practice. Most recently, he was CEO of TRITEC Performance Solutions, a prior Edgewater Capital portfolio company that manufactures highly engineered PTFE sealing solutions. Prior to TRITEC, Marcus held multiple leadership positions in leading global seals, systems, and pump businesses, including director at Colfax Fluid Handling, president of EagleBurgmann (a division of the Freudenberg Group), SKF, John Crane, ABS Pumps, ITT Fluid Handling, and Netzsch.

Marcus has a BA degree in Geology & Archaeology from the College of Wooster.
