Edgewater Cap Cuts Turbocharged Deal

Woodmere private equity firm Edgewater Capital Partners has acquired Turbonetics Inc., a unit of Kelly Aerospace, based in Simi Valley, Calif.

Turbonetics makes aftermarket turbochargers, heat exchangers, controls and related products for high-performance cars.

Terms were not disclosed.

Cleveland law firm Kahn Kleinman LPA was counsel for Edgewater in the transaction.
